A major mixed use development in South West London fronting the River Thames east of Battersea Park to be developed in 7 phases as per the Master Plan.
Phase 2 is the centrepiece for the development. The Works comprise of the complete refurbishment of the Power Station building and extension to accommodate 253 residential apartments, 54,000 m2 of commercial office space 3,700 m2 of retail and leisure , a 2000 persons event space, a basement carpark, the main energy centre and a public park.
